We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore offer a flexible cancellation process. However, please be aware of our cancellation policy as follows:

If you cancel or modify your appointment with 24 hours' notice or less, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us, a 100% no-show fee will be applied to the cost of the appointment.

Unfortunately, we do not offer Acrylic or Dipping services. However,After careful and extensive testing, we have chosen to provide Gel Extension services instead.

Gel extensions not only provide a beautiful look but are also better for our clients' overall nail health. We're confident that you'll love the appearance and feel of this alternative.

Nail art with Gel polish dries instantly, which makes it easier for us to create the perfect look every time. Plus, nail art takes the same amount of time whether we use gel or regular polish, but with gel, you get a longer-lasting result. If we charged more for something that only lasts a few days, it just wouldn't feel right.

So, by choosing gel, you get a fabulous look that lasts longer, and we get to provide our best work. It's a win-win!

Gel removal is a delicate process that requires time and expertise to be done correctly. In recognition of our artists' valuable time, we charge a $10 fee for Gel Removal as an add-on service.

However, if you had your previous gel application done by us within the last 3 weeks, the removal will be complimentary, and an adjustment will be made at checkout.

Yes, we do offer customized nail art, categorized into three different tiers.

Each tier is priced based on the complexity and time required for the design, ranging from simple to intricate. Please select the tier that aligns with your desired design to ensure the appropriate level of quality and to clarify the scope of work for our nail artists.

Unfortunately we do not offer removal service for acrylics, hard gels, or dip powder.

Coming to an appointment with any of the above products currently on your nails will result in a cancellation of services and late-cancellation fees. We are not equipped to remove these types of products from your nails.

For regular polish, we expect it to last 3-5 days when it's completely dry.

With Gel Polish, the duration can vary as everyone's nails and lifestyles are different; however, we generally expect them to last up to 1-2 weeks.

If your Gel Polish is chipped within the first 7 days, we offer complimentary touch-ups. After that period, we recommend booking a full service.

All our reusable tools, including nippers, pushers, and bowls, are properly cleaned and disinfected. They are soaked in Barbicide cleaning solution, an EPA-registered hospital disinfectant, and then stored in an autoclaved machine, ensuring a sanitary environment.

Other items such as buffers, files, toe separators, and flippers are designed for single use and are disposed of properly after use on a single client. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness in our salon.

If you wish to book online yourself, please be mindful that concurrent group bookings require the selection of different artists with matching availability times. Booking all services with the same artist will result in back-to-back appointments, rather than simultaneous sessions.
